Ii. Detailed Steps
Step 1: Prepare the chicken
After washing the chicken wings, thoroughly dry them with kitchen paper
Make 2 to 3 cuts on both sides of the chicken wings (to facilitate flavor absorption and thorough frying)

Step 2: Prepare the fried flour

Step 3: The first frying
Pour oil into the pot, enough to cover the chicken wings, and heat it to 160-170°C

Cook over medium-low heat until bubbles form and thickens (about 1-2 minutes)
Turn off the heat and immediately pour in the fried chicken, stirring quickly to mix well
Step 6: Plate
Sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds
Decorate with scallions
