Customized Egg Noodles - Demand for Rapid, Quality and Quantity Guaranteed Production

Customer Background: A food distributor mainly engaged in the export of Asian ingredients, targeting local market customers, needs to customize a batch of egg noodles that meet local dietary preferences. The order quantity is two 20-foot standard containers (approximately 1,600 boxes, 12 bags per box, 250g per bag).


Customized requirements

Recipe: The egg content is increased to 5% (2% for the regular version), enhancing the egg aroma. No preservatives are added and it complies with local food safety inspection standards.

Specification: Noodle width 3mm (suitable for local noodle soup consumption scenarios), individual small bags with local language consumption instructions printed, and moisture-proof labels attached to the outer box.

Delivery: Complete production and container loading within 30 days, and cooperate with the customer to handle export commodity inspection documents.


Assembly line production process

Raw material preparation: Precisely mix high-gluten flour, fresh eggs, and table salt. Fresh eggs are processed by an eggshell washing machine and directly injected into the dough mixing tank to prevent contamination.

Kneading and pressing the dough: Use a constant-temperature dough mixer (35℃) to stir for 25 minutes until the dough is smooth. Use a multi-roller dough press with 5 speed Settings to ensure uniform thickness of the noodles. Finally, cut the noodles into 3mm wide pieces with a cutter.

Drying and packaging: The noodles are placed on a low-temperature drying line (50℃) for 4 hours of drying, with the moisture content controlled at 10%. The automatic packaging machine completes the packaging of 250g per bag, synchronously prints the production date and local language description, and finally the automatic case packing machine seals 12 bags per case.

Container loading: Quality inspection personnel take samples to check the integrity of each box of packaging and the texture of the noodles. After passing the inspection, they are transported to the warehouse by forklifts and stacked according to the container loading requirements. One container is loaded within 3 hours.

Packaging design: The main body of the packaging is blue with white leaf patterns, which is fresh and natural. The words "EGG NOODLES" are clearly printed on the packaging, indicating that the product is egg noodles. Meanwhile, there are also the words "ALL NATURAL NO PRESERVATIVES", conveying the characteristics of "all-natural and preservative-free", giving customers the impression of being healthy and natural. The accompanying meals (such as egg noodles in a bowl, fried eggs, green vegetables, etc.) also directly demonstrate the eating effect of the noodles, presenting a delicious state and attracting customers' desire to purchase.
